A Minnesota man is facing charges for stealing COVID-19 vaccine doses. Officials say that Thomas Edward Humphrey posted videos of himself on Facebook earlier this month that showed him doing this at two different vaccine clinics, one in Oakdale and another in St. Paul. In the videos, Humphrey is shown taking a vial of the vaccine from healthcare workers, removing his mask, walking away and telling them that he plans on getting the dose tested by a lab. He added that it contained “deadly contents.” Humphrey is facing charges of misdemeanor theft and disorderly conduct.
