(Faribault, MN) — Two men are uninjured after escaping a single-engine plane crash near Faribault Airport yesterday. Skyler Hackett, the pilot, and Todd Guyette were inside of a 2017 Piper fixed-wing aircraft that took off from the airport runway a bit after 2 p.m. But, it then crashed down in a plowed field just a half-mile southwest. The cause of the incident is under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board.
