The Gopher State is inching closer to a decision on whether or not to legalize recreational marijuana. Majority Leader Ryan Winkler sent an email Wednesday stating that the bill would be ready for a floor vote in May. Under the proposed legislation, marijuana use would be legalized for adults 21 and older. It would also expunge cannabis-related misdemeanor convictions.
