The weekend marked the one-year anniversary of the first COVID-19 patient to be admitted into M Health Fairview’s Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul. Dr. Bryan Williams says it has been a bit a bittersweet past year:

“It’s been a privilege to take care of COVID and to do the job we did for the state. I know this applies to all of healthcare systems, but, us in particular, having cared for about a thousand patients through the last year in the hospital systems.”

Williams says he is proud of all the healthcare workers in the state in how they’ve handled the past year.
