A level three offender is moving to Mankato. Dwayne Qutez Irving has served his sentence for sexual assault and holding an adult female against her will. Force and threats of violence were used to gain control.
A community notification meeting will be held at 3 p.m., Monday, March 1 online via Zoom. For those unable to access Zoom, a link to the meeting will be available at mankatomn.gov. The meeting, hosted by the Mankato Department of Public Safety and the Minnesota Department of Corrections, is to inform the public that Irving, a level three predatory offender, has relocated and will reside in the City of Mankato.
