Gas prices in Minnesota may go up because of the record-breaking cold down south. GasBuddy predicts a 20-cent increase in the average price per gallon nationwide. They had already reported the price in the state going from two-39 a gallon on Sunday to two-60 at several stations yesterday. That’s a clear difference from late last year when Minnesota’s average gas price was below two dollars.
