For the first time in months, thousands of students will come back to the classroom today. Following the release of the CDC’s safe return guidelines, middle and high school students in the state will start in-person and hybrid learning. The decision is also supported by Minnesota’s “Safe Learning Plan,” which recommends guidelines including physical distancing. The CDC has said that teachers do not need to get vaccinated in order for safe in-person learning to resume.
