All of Minnesota from the Twin Cities to the south is under a winter weather advisory as the area could see freezing rain, snow, and gusty winds throughout the morning. The National Weather Service says snow will taper off around noon, giving way to gusty winds and the potential for blowing snow. Some areas could see up to four inches of snow. Southern Minnesota could also see wind chills in the negative double digits tonight.
