The Salvation Army is starting its annual holiday fundraising campaign later than normal this year.  With a shortened collection time The Salvation Army still expects to help rescue Christmas for those in need. The funds raised through the organization’s iconic red kettles are at risk this year due to COVID-19 concerns, while at the same time requests for services are at an all-time high.  The goal for this season is $500,000 – which is the highest goal in recent history.
