In southern Minnesota’s 1st Congressional District, it’s a rematch between first-term Republican incumbent Jim Hagedorn and Democrat Dan Feehan. Carleton College Professor Steven Schier says some analysts give Hagedorn a slight advantage in a race he won by fewer than two-thousand votes in 2018…

…”But Dan Feehan has had an awful lot of money spent on his behalf, and has outspent the incumbent.”

Schier says that race could end up being a narrow victory for either candidate.
