Mackenzie Miller has been named the permanent site administrator for Mayo Clinic Health System in New Prague and Waseca, Minnesota.
Miller has been serving in this role on an interim basis since June. She will continue working closely with Martin Herrmann, M.D., medical director, Mayo Clinic Health System in New Prague and Waseca, to support operations and practice development at these locations and their affiliated clinics.
“I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to serve the New Prague and Waseca campuses,” says Miller. “Partnering with Dr. Herrmann to serve these communities has been a privilege, and I look forward to further supporting these exceptional teams.”
Miller joined Mayo Clinic Health System in 2013 as a Human Resources coordinator. She has held multiple administrative roles during her tenure, including her most recent position as operations manager for New Prague, Belle Plaine, and Montgomery, Minnesota.
“Mackenzie has been a valuable member of the health system team in her previous roles,” says Terry Brandt, regional chair of administration, Southwest Minnesota Region, Mayo Clinic Health System. “She has an incredible work ethic, and we are excited that she is taking on the leadership role of our New Prague and Waseca campuses on a permanent basis.”
Miller holds an MBA with a focus on organizational change and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
