This year, Minnesotans are able to vote by mail up through election day–as long as the ballot is postmarked November 3rd, and Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon says that means…

“We know by definition this year that we won’t have a hundred percent of the results in until a week later, until November 10th.”

More than 1.3 million vote-from-home ballots have been requested in Minnesota so far, which Simon says is a state record.
