“It’s one of the reasons I suspect why we’ve had 0 or close to 0 incidents of any ballot being intercepted or somehow voted illegally on behalf of someone who wasn’t the intended voter and that’s because we’ve taken security very seriously.”

The triple layers of security include bar code attached to every ballot, personal identifying information and a required voter signature.
