A Mankato woman has been formally charged in connection to an incident that occurred on the day President Trump visited the city. Blue Earth County court records say 27-year-old Shawntay Allen was charged with disorderly conduct and fourth-degree assault. Authorities say Allen is accused of stopping a vehicle in the roadway blocking traffic and exchanging words with persons who were walking to their vehicles. The court report said Allen also spit out of the car window and the spit hit a deputy and another person in the roadway.
