A Hopkins man was arrested after an incident at a Mankato park on Saturday. Blue Earth County court records say 35-year-old Kendall Hampton was charged with three counts of domestic assault and one count of interference with a peace officer. Authorities say Hampton was seen on closed-circuit television grabbing a woman by the neck and pushing her and also threw a cell phone at the woman. The court report also stated he was uncooperative with deputies when they arrived on the scene.
