A new study conducted by the Minnesota Medical Association shows hospital administrators and staff are concerned about a second wave of COVID. MMA President Dr. Keith Stelter says as we head into fall – influenza, and COVID-19 could lead to what some are calling the potential for a “Twindemic”:

“Two problematics, very problematic illnesses happening at the same time and all the stressors that occur with that with regard to trying to discern rapidly if the person has influenza, or if they have COVID or if they have both.”

Stelter says another finding was the concern if there will be enough PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for a second wave.
