Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon is urging voters to vote by mail in the upcoming November election. And he has a message for procrastinators:
“This year only Minnesotans will have an extra cushion built into the law. For 2020 they may postmark their ballot as late as election day, November 3rd, as long as it also arrives by November 10th.”
Simon’s push for mail-in voting is a result of concerns over COVID-19.
