Lab delays are causing COVID-19 reporting number’s to be off. Minnesota State officials say Valley Medical neglected to include 19-thousand test results. The State says it created multiple problems because they were not able to contact people who tested positive earlier to self-isolate. The state says large gatherings is still a contributor to the virus spread. The agency is also asking students to “lay low” 14 days before school starts to ensure that they’re virus-free.
