An Arlington woman is facing charges for allegedly wrongfully obtaining nearly $39,000 in public assistance dating back to 2015. The Sibley County Sheriff’s Office says 57-year-old Olga Colin-Franco failed to report her husband’s employment income on multiple public assistance applications. She is also charged with felony perjury.
