The Minnesota Department of Health reported 13 COVID-19 deaths on Thursday. That was after the state reported 14 deaths Wednesday. It marks the first time the state has had back-to-back days of double-digit deaths since June 19th and 20th. MDH says there are 305 individuals in the hospital, one more than Wednesday. 139 of the 305 are in intensive care.
