For the first time, the head of the union that represents the four officers charged in the death of George Floyd is commenting. Lt. Bob Kroll, president of the Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis, told CBS This Morning’s Gayle King they are not commenting officially on the case because they have not seen all the evidence including the officer’s bodycam footage.

King went on to say it once again feels like the Blue Wall of silence. She asked Kroll if he understood why people are angry the union hasn’t played a bigger role in the response.

Kroll also told King he does not think there is systemic racism in the city’s police force.
