This week, Governor Walz lifting some more restrictions regarding COVID-19, allowing indoor dining, health clubs, and entertainment venues to be open with limited capacity. State Senator Julie Rosen of Vernon Center says the dial needs to be turned more quickly.

“I’m pleading to the Governor to put on your face mask and get and do a road trip for a day or two,” said Rosen. “Get out and talk to these business owners and see the thoughts and procedures they’ve put in place to keep their employees and their customers safe.”

Rosen says there’s been a four billion dollar negative turnaround in the state’s economy and the shutdowns have done enough economic damage.
