When Governor Walz announced the lifting of the stay at home order Wednesday he said he would be willing to re-issue the order if data goes in the wrong direction. Minnesota Department of Health Commissioner Jan Malcom says they will be looking at four factors in particular.

“The case doubling time, the testing positive rate, the degree of community spread and the hospitalization rate will be the factors we’ll be looking at,” said Malcom.

Malcom says the possibility does exist of regionalized shutdowns should the situation warrant.
