“Who’s making this app, who’s making this ad, why are they making it, who are they targeting, how can you be savvy about making good choices, now that you know, because knowledge is power.”

Ferguson says when considering screen time guidelines, it should be less about the amount of time spent and more about the quality of screen time teens are spending.
