One man is arrested in Mankato after a weapons complaint.
At 9:42 a.m. May 5, Public Safety responded to a weapons complaint in the area of 1341 Pohl Road. Caller reported being chased by a male with a gun in his waistband. The caller was able to safely leave the area, and officers set up a perimeter. Police discovered a broken window leading into a main floor apartment and found the suspect inside. During a search of the area, a black replica Beretta air-soft gun was recovered.
Arrested was Dayton Christopher Moore, age 21 of Mankato. Moore was transported by ambulance to the local hospital with minor injuries and then taken to the local jail.
Requested charges include threats of violence and second degree assault.
