State Representative Jack Considine of Mankato says it’s wise to open up the state in phases. The retiring lawmaker says it will be interesting how the rollout goes in other states.

“I like the fact that Georgia and a couple of other states have fully-opened ahead of us and we’ll have a couple of weeks to see how things go there before we open up,” said Considine.

Governor Walz extended the state’s stay-at-home order Wednesday but is now allowing retail stores to open up with curbside service and delivery.
