Minnesota’s stay-at-home order will continue for another two weeks. Governor Tim Walz says the executive order he signed Thursday will allow more businesses to open.

“We’re extending the stay-at-home order until Monday, the 18th of May,” said Walz. “But we are allowing retail businesses to open for curbside business and deliver. This is a big move allowing 30-thousand Minnesotans to return to work. Not a lot of states are doing this.”

The original stay-at-home order was scheduled to end May fourth.
