More Minnesota retailers will be allowed to re-open as part of Governor Walz’s executive order signed Thursday. The order allows for curbside service. Steve Grove, the commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, says the recommendation came from the National Retail Association and the Minnesota Retail Association.

State officials say the action will allow 82 percent of Minnesota businesses to be open
