A top official at the state Health Department said (Tues) it’s “entirely possible” that COVID-19 is coming into long term care facilities in Minnesota through staff or health care workers:

“But I want to be very clear that we recognize that there is a period before someone has symptoms that they may be able to transmit (COVID-19) — and so I think it’s important that there are no assumptions made that people were working while blatantly ill.”
