There’s some good news regarding Minnesota and COVID-19.
“What we’re doing is working,” said Governor Tim Walz. “Our social distancing has bent the curve and we’re still maintaining the lowest infection rate in the country.”
Walz feels the state is responding well by providing a safety net and through public-private partnerships.
“This sets us up to bridge to that next place,” said Walz. “We are as well-positioned as any to start bringing back the things we want to bring back.”
Walz says he wants to get back to work but they cannot risk the positives that have been done to this point in the state.
