As more community members are in self-quarantining for safety and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, more people are isolated and physically away from family and friends. Simple ways to be a good neighbor include:
- Checking on the elderly and vulnerable adults daily by phone, email, text message or some other way that does not require a face-to-face visit.
- Run errands for medication, food and supplies.
- Clean a home (regular detergents and cleaning supplies are sufficient).
- Care for pets.
