Effective tomorrow, March 19th, 2020 at 8 a.m., Le Sueur County has closed all Government buildings to the public with the exception of the Sheriff’s Office lobby and Le Sueur County Court Administration located at the Le Sueur County Justice Center.
First and Foremost, I want to thank you for being patient during this trying time. It is known that these issues are certainly progressing rapidly and I can tell you that our local leaders are working hard each and every day to do the best we can to keep Le Sueur
safe, however, we can all admit this a difficult time for all citizens of Le Sueur County.
Nonetheless, I can assure you that the Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office will continue to provide you with the services that you expect. That is not to say that we are not taking precautionary measures, but we will continue to monitor certain issues and prioritize them in the best way possible.
At this time, the Sheriff lobby will continue to be open for permit applications and other necessary correspondence.
Our Le Sueur County Jail will continue to operate as expected.
Our Le Sueur County Communications Center will continue to provide 911 response and Dispatch services.
And our front line staff who are out in the public (Deputies), will continue to respond to ALL calls, incidents, and emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.
