Minnesota Human Services Commissioner Jodi Harpstead is in Mankato today (Tuesday). She is recognizing the work of programs throughout the state for their contributions to human services and their communities. This event honors Horizon Homes in Mankato for expanding its capacity to serve children and adults in need of mental and chemical health care. Services include a new South Central Crisis Center and a partnership with law enforcement, the Yellow Line Project, that provides access to a Mobile Crisis Team.
