So what it does it mean for Minnesota’s early voters who voted for Senator Klobuchar now that she’s suspending her presidential campaign? Secretary of State Steve Simon says in any Minnesota election…

“They have until 7 days before the election to claw back their ballots if they’ve voted early, so the deadline for clawing back or reclaiming or revoting was last Tuesday. Anyone who hasn’t changed their ballot and has already voted, they are locked into that choice.”

In other words, Simon says if someone has already voted for one of the candidates who have dropped out of the race, it is too late to change their vote.
