Authorities are searching for a Mankato man facing multiple charges in connection to a December sixth incident. Blue Earth County Court Records say 19-year-old Obka Phanuel has been charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree assault, two counts of domestic assault and theft. Authorities say Phanuel is accused of entering a Mankato residence by breaking a window, stealing a television and cell phone and repeatedly hitting a victim.
