A Blooming Prairie woman who pleaded guilty to killing a Florida woman this week could face murder charges in Minnesota as well. The Dodge County sheriff’s department says they’ve started the extradition process for Lois Reiss to come back to Minnesota to face murder charges in the death of her husband David in Blooming Prairie in March of 2018. Reiss is facing a life sentence in Florida for admitting to killing Pamela Hutchinson. Authorities say Reiss targeted Hutchinson because she looked like her and wanted to assume Hutchinson’s identity. Dodge county sheriff Scott Rose says the extradition process could take one to two months.
