A Pemberton man is facing three charges after being seen on the St. Clair school grounds on Monday. Blue Earth County court records say 26-year-old Justin Mortensen was charged with violating a restraining order, possession of methamphetamine in a school, park or public housing zone and possession of dangerous weapons on school property.
