Mankato residents will have a chance to give their two cents on a plan to change the way it collects revenue from charitable gambling at the Mankato City Council meeting tonight. The council is considering changing from a three percent enforcement tax on gross profits to a five-point-five percent contribution rate on net profits. The council meeting will begin at seven at the Mankato Intergovernmental Center.
