ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) – Minnesota’s attorney general says the state will continue to fight a lawsuit in federal district court that was filed by two Minnesota videographers who want the right to refuse to shoot same-sex weddings. Attorney General Keith Ellison and Human Rights Commissioner Rebecca Lucero say Minnesota is opting not to take the case to the U.S. Supreme Court, after losing an appeal in August, because they’d probably lose due to the limited facts on record and the high court’s current composition.
