“They also have spiritual care volunteers, as well as people working behind the scenes in logistics, finance, I-T and so we have a number of volunteers who are helping in a number of ways.”

As of now, the volunteers are in Georgia, the Carolinas and Florida. Carlson-Guest says the International Red Cross is currently heading up the aid effort in the Bahamas.
