The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says a police officer has shot and wounded a person while serving a warrant in Moose Lake. The BCA says members of the Carlton County Consolidated Emergency Response Team were serving the warrants about 4:30 p.m. Monday at a residence in Hillside Terraces Mobile Home Park. Officers used a flash-bang device to enter the residence and at one point, a member of the law enforcement team shot the person. The BCA hasn’t said why the officer fired.
