Seven Mankato high school and middle school robotics teams are advancing to the world championships in Kentucky.
Mankato West Coach Mark Zenk says there’s a lot of skills that go into competing.
Zenk also says the teams won awards for their work in the community.
Around 170 teams competed at all the levels. The world championships take place in April.
